Plus a new manager coming in now is going to need time to settle and learn about the players, wont help i nthe race for 4th this season I wouldn't have funk.

And would he want to stay just for the pay cheque if he knew the club didn't want him? And if the club did sack him, is he the kind of person that would sit on his fat arse just for the pay cheque or would he find another manager job. Love him or hate him, he doesn't seem like that type of bloke. He lives and breathes football and is literally fascinated by the sport so I think he would rather earn his money actually managing a football club. I'm pretty sure he would get the kind of wages he's on now from a lot of clubs that would want him so I don't really think he has anything to lose.
