Ashton UNITED V CURZEN ASHTON, LIFE WILL NEVER BE THE SAME AGAIN IF THESE TWO PLAYEACH OTHER.  sorry about caps

legend has it that in 1974 a person hut his ankle in a pot hole IN THE CAR PARK ,personally i think it may have been caused by his platform shoes...
the case still remains open to this very day......

We're Lil Wigan We're Taking The Pi$$ (repeat)
wigan v bolton

we are losing one of our mental sections in the east stand because every season we have played bolton

something in ES1 (the section in question) is always thrown or they try and run at bolton fans

IMO we shouldnt lose our section for a FULL season just becose of this <_<

im in ES2 (section next to es1 also sort of mental) and without them it wont be the same :(

im no talking bout Liverpool v Man Utd, i mean proper rivialries where people get murdered for supporting the opponents

I'll start it off

Celtic v Rangers
Galatasaray v Fenerbache(i think)

The fener galayasaray rivalry is almost unrivalled. Galatasaray is the club of the alevi's (a religious and cultural minority in Turkey, who practises a very liberal form of Islam) The alevi's have a long history of oppression by the turkish state (still happening although less so) since pretty much the 17th century. Fener is the Turkish team. Combine THAT rivalry with the craziness of the Turks when it comes to football, and you have a literally very explosive mix

Boca Juniors vs River Plate (I think) regularly massive fights break out between their supporters.

river vs boca is the epitome of hatred, people have been killed at games and its not unusual for fans to get guns into games
